if you stick to your calorie limit you’ll lose weight. it’s that simple. the entire reason you’re not losing weight is that you’re overeating. you can lie to yourself all you want. you can pretend that you didn’t eat that cookie or bag of chips, but until you gain some fucking self control and own up to your mistakes, you’ll never reach your goal weight.
